Who else thinks Player Search feature is one of the best small features of all time?

I really love being able to find a player that was traded in a franchise even after simmed 5 years in. Always helps me locate where everyone is. I wish all sports games had this in. I think 2K has it, but Madden and NHL need to get with the program. I know its been around a while, but I always loved it

I didn't even realize how cool of a feature it was until I traded away a player, and then after 3-4 years I was able to easily look him up and see how he struggled for the team I traded him to, then immediately left the team the same year I traded him in FA.

I love it. Before I implemented house rules for trades it allowed me to look up prospects that excelled in the areas I valued most. I wish there was a way to use it on the draft pool so I could be more efficient in who I scouted instead of sorting columns and going player card to player card to see which prospect looks like they may be a certain type of player.

I wish other games had this feature. When I try to move players in the off season onto their real MLB teams this makes it so easy to do. Fifa has something like this when searching for players for the transfer market if you are looking for a specific player which is nice.

I never really utilize the player search option but I'll check it our for reasons mentioned. I love the addition of trad finder.
