Re: Veteran help
I lost Yoan Moncada to injury, I'd love to pick up Chase Utley but that dont look feasible at this point. But I think I can get David Freese and convert him to second. Does Freese playing 2B sound plausible?OSFM23 - Building Better Baseball - OSFM23

Re: Veteran help
Brewers, so not one that's a block buster just someone you picked up before and he really helped turned things around or made some kind of impact

Re: Veteran help
I'm not sure, he's the kinda guy that plays the corners. Not sure how he would do at that kind of position.

Re: Veteran help
Yeah Brock Holt would be a great addition.
I don't know if he's available but I like Bryan Pena as a backup catcher. He was playing extremely well backing up Molina until his injury. I actually didn't feel all too concerned giving Molina days off because Pena wasn't a huge drop in production, especially at the plate.
Another player I like is LHP Sam Freeman. He's really tough on lefties, has the makeup to pitch against righties and can usually be acquired fairly cheap. I actually signed him in the offseason.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Not even a little bit. David Freese was built to play the corners."The designated hitter rule is like letting someone else take Wilt Chamberlain's free throws."

No. Freese doesn't have the footwork to be a middle infielder. First or third is what he's made for.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Re: Veteran help
The exact reason why I'm doing a Reds franchise. They've traded most of their good players away and have ended up on the losing end of just about every trade that they've made.
To answer the question though, I like to pick up Jurickson Profar because he can play just about anywhere on the field. Outfield-wise I like to pick up Eric Young Jr.2025 Expos Expansion:https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...gid=1295163793Comment

Re: Veteran help
It seems like I always pick up Justin morneau for the 17 season then he retires at the end. His bat is good enough to dh and having a backup 1st baseman seems to always help.
