I'm in year 3 of a carryover franchise from Mlb 16. In the 2018 draft I can't make my own picks. Will only let me do auto draft. Any help would be appreciated but I haven't had this issue with the past 2 drafts. Thanks in advance.

Yes there is. Should be in the mode specific settings.
