Exporting Players Problems??!!

Has anyone noticed you can EXPORT SOME players but you CAN'T on others?

For instance on the Cincy Reds I can export minor leaguer J.Gelalich but I CANT export minor leaguer desmond jennings??!!

has anyone else noticed this? if so, do you know WHY it is happening and can it be fixed?

I've tried several rosters off the net and they ALL do that to some degree.

any answers?

Is it because Jennings is an SCEA created default player and Gelalich a user created player?
