3 things the show needs. Ageing, player awareness and loosen up

There's a few things needed to better the game.

1: Everyone should age realistically and randomly over the years in a franchise. Players and coaches etc. Go from not grey hair to grey or white etc. And you should be able to tell in their faces too.

2: Players need to be aware of their surroundings. Not just pre programmed lines of walking etc. Balls hit into the pen the players need to react. They need to stop pitching if someone is warming up and pay attention. Move out of the way if necessary. Same for bull pens on the side of the field. Balls are always hit there and they just keep doing their routine. The ball goes through players and no one pays any attention.

3: Players and coaches etc need to loosen up. They're stiff. Hands don't move really. They stick straight out stiff when going in for a hug or a pat etc. They walk to stiff too.

No point of a wishlist thread anymore here anyway as it was already stated Sony does not read or use them.

I guess Sony thinks they know better then what people buying this game do and want

That's not even close to accurate. They seek our feedback. There is a thread stickied at the top of the forum where they are looking for player personality and stadium atmosphere feedback.

They create threads like that every year.

They just necessarily scroll thru every wishlist thread that is created on the forums. And with how quickly the forum these days turns negative and hostile, they don't necessarily interact anymore because there is no positive discussion that can come from them seeking feedback only to be called stupid, dumb, incompentent, lazy, etc...
