I just finished my third year with a franchise and would like to change teams. Does anyone know where does the game give me the option to change teams?

I don't believe it's possible to change teams within an existing single team control franchise mode.

at the end of your third year you are offered contracts with other teams based on how you did with your previous team. sometimes a new contract by the same team will be offered.Comment
