Question about video setup

I just bought a new Samsung QLED. I had HDR mode turned on in the audio/video setting. 4K looked choppy to me under Visual Mode. I then switched to Enhanced Vusuals and it looked good until the game froze and eventually brought up an error report. What are the best settings for this game that are stable and and have the best visual results? Thanks in advance.

I can't speak from experience, as I have a standard 1080p TV w/out HDR and a regular PS4 and not a Pro. But I've seen a LOT of people saying they ended up settling on High Framerate Mode if they have a PS4 Pro.

I have a pro and 4k tv and use the enhanced visuals and it is very smooth , 4k is too choppy
