Trading in Franchise Mode

How do you propose a trade in Franchise mode? I have done it many times in Season Mode but I cannot seem to do it in franchise mode. Thanks.

go to ''TRADES'' screen
choose ''MAKE TRADE''
click X button on player(s) from your team
move direction button over to team you want to trade with
click X on player(s) you want to acquire

Thanks, I knew there was a trade screen but I can't find it. I knew my eye sight was going but man, I just can't find it.

It's under the acquisitions tab, to the right of scouting.

You can also make trades straight out of the player search function.

Is there a way to turn instant trades off? I remember a couple years ago you had a couple days to think about it and you had to go to the pending transaction page and tab over to trade offers. I haven’t had that option for a few years

I believe it was removed in '15. Or maybe '16.
