Franchise setup

I have been away from the game for a couple of years and I have forgotten how to best setup a franchise where I controlone team but have the ability to reject stupid CPU trades. Can anyone direct me to the most recent thread that would help me set up an MLB 17 franchise. Thanks!

Thanks! I tried that but the screens are different than they were in 14, particularly the L1 and R1 screens that he talks about near the beginning. Is there a thread where more recent instructions are written out? Thanks again!

Sorry man, that is the only thread that I'm aware of.

Hopefully someone will chime in that does the same thing you're wanting to do and provides information on how to do it.
