    Jacoby Ellsbury

Jacoby has been my favorite player for 4 seasons now. When he signed in 2014 I was so excited. I understand he hasn't lived up to his contract, but that was cashman and managements fault, not his...

He has done well as Yankee when healthy. His numbers aren't terrible either. I'm hoping that 18' doesn't underrate him. I understand he won't be high at all but I still think he still deserves a 80-82 rating overall. He should not dip below 80 just yet. Thoughts?

He'll probably be around an 80. Still a good baserunner and fielder. I think most of the Yanks' ratings will be a little inflated

Can we please keep all these projected Yankee players ratings threads in one place?

I'm sorry. I am new to this. I will say though. You call me out when there are a lot of dumb threads on here.... But I will keep that in mind moving forward.

Has nothing to do with calling you out man, just a suggestion.

More than likely a mod will come through and merge them all into one thread.

So, enlighten me and tell me how Ellsbury’s decline is the fault of Cashman and management?

his decline isnt Cashmans fault. the problem was in giving a man past his prime double the salary he made while he was in his prime. but hey, that is the yankee way.

He's rated at an 80 in 17 so I would probably expect him to drop below that into the high 70s.

too many injuries and just has not lived up to the player he was at the Red Sox. turned into a bench player now, Hicks is better them him now who would have thought that a few years ago?

people assume that if jacoby is gone and Frazier would be in. won't happy Frazier needs to be a every day player. which is why they won't bring Frazier up sitting on the bench they want him getting At Bats so he will be in AAA. unless they wanna have Hicks on the bench.
