    End of Season-Contract signing Advice

MLB16, I've just ended my season and now it's contract signing time for many players. Question is more about the signing of minor league players. In reviewing whether or not you want to re-sign them, is there anyway you can see what their stats were in AAA or AA? When you look at their stats for current year it's all zero's since they have not played in Majors I assume. How can you view? Also how can you view what you paid them last year? What about players that you can reduce to 80% of what they were paid last year. How can you view what you paid them last year?
How do others handle these contracts? do ya have some sort of system or do ya just sign them to fill the teams in AAA and AA?

Unfortunately there is no way once the season ends to view their stats, as the player card only shows MLB stats. Also, there is no way to view their previous contract (both are things I'm hoping will be implemented at some point)

What I do is keep a notebook and I mark player's contracts the previous year. I also view the stats of my minor league players prior to advancing to the offseason, although I monitor their stats all season long.

Over the course of the season I use my notebook to note what I want my roster to look like the next season and who is going to be playing at what level, who is on the 40 man, etc... Then I fill out my roster from there.

And I almost always only sign minor league players to 1 year deals, since they are under control and I don't have to worry about losing them in the next offseason.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I dont care about their stats on the minor league level, what I do with my notebook on prospects is compare where their attribute ratings are at the end of the season vs where they were at the start. I've got 10 draftees so I already know right from the get-go 10 of my 90 guys arent coming back. If I HAVE to keep prospects that are declining and I'm going to have to keep them, those are the ones that are going to have take a pay cut and I'm usually pretty sure that will be the last contract they sign with me, as I'll be looking to replace them in the June Draft.
But the key for me in the Show in franchise is just in keeping a notebook on prospects.

Same issue for a bunch of us. I've got a tab in my franchise excel file for prospects. Before I end the season I grab 3 or 4 main stats for each prospect (ERA, WHIP, K/BB, AVG, HR, OBP, Etc.) And make my decision off that. Generally for contracts I don't worry too much about ammount until someone has a possibility of being called up to the big club in a season. If so I try to sign them to at least a 500K contract to make sure their morale doesn't tank their stats because of a bad contract. I hope the expand the player cards to include minor league years soon, and make it so when players are called up it auto changes their salary to mlb minimum.
