    Wow what a start!

Started a season with the Cardinals after playing my Dodgers season.
Tommy Pham( have never played with him before) hit 2 home runs in the seaon opener against the Pirates. Great start for him I thought. In the second game against the Bucs he went 4 for 5 with 4 home runs and 5 ribbies, Cards won 5-2. Before you say it is the sliders, let me say it is the same ones I used for the Dodger season. A variation of A&S sliders. No one else went deep for the Cardinals in either game and the Pirates hit one.

So after 2 games he has 6 dingers and 10 rbi's. This is an outlier for me. Anyone else had this happen? I have played the Show since it came out and have never had this happen. Just thought I would share.

I have gotten incredibly hot with certain players at times.

One time I had an ALCS where Greg Bird hit 7 HR in 4 games.

I also had three consecutive multi-HR games with Freddie Freeman once.

I had 3 HR with Johnny Damon on opening day and 2 more the next game in MLB 09. I ended the season with only like 15 or 16 HR with him!

In my second season playing as the Braves. I brought back Ga's own OF Colby Rasmus. I hit 5HR in the first series of the year against the Mets. Using (X) normal swing! Unfortunately into my fourth series of year and I am still at 5HR.

Had the same thing with Rasmus a few years ago. Hit a walk off bomb and then proceeded to have multi-homerun games for the next 3. I don’t think I hit another bomb with him the rest of the season after that lol.

In MLB 12, I believe. It was the last year that Robinson Cano was on the Yankees. He was in a terrible slump, hitting something like .120 over his last 15 games or so, and he got a sprained ankle and ended up being out for several days. When he came back he put together two 3 hit games, and one 4 hit game in a row with 3 or 4 home runs. I've never seen a streak like that to break out of a slump and coming off of an injury.
