Oh man, another PR mess. Why in hell release a schedule if you can’t be bothered to at least drop a small tweet when it’s changed. I can live with the fact it’s not today but i feel disrespected not being warned it’s been moved (if it is not coming in later today)

Disrespected is a bit strong. Especially since the the dev team is making what seem to be significant changes for the better this year. Addressing microtransactions head-on gets them massive respect in my book.

Blogs or no, we'll have the info before release so we as consumers can make informed decisions. As a Franchise guy, I will not buy on day 1 unless the blog/deep dive video convince me that substantial changes have been made, especially in prospect generation and development.

At this stage someone will get the game earlier and tell us what is in franchise before they even tell us lol

I mean it is the 14th here in Australia and we practically get the game in 8 full days time at midnight on the 23rd.. and the pre loading is suppose to happen next wednesday so the game should be complete. someone will get a leaked copy this week for sure

Everything seemed on schedule except RTTS video last week and now franchise information.

Of course it’s going to be chaos lol. Wouldn’t hear much if DD was delayed on OS but Twitter might explode.

Thursday will be the day for info honestly so let’s just wait.

We all have different values and that’s what make our world interesting. I respect the fact you don’t see how it’s not respectful.

Part of my job is to lead a dozen of managers and a couple hundred of employees. I value every manager and employees time as much as mine, even sometime more than mine. If for whatever reason I’m late to a meeting or can’t get there, I either go above and beyond to warn them ASAP or I delegate someone else.

...And, there not even my customers!

I lost time today refreshing the page while a simple tweet would’ve be courteous!

they might as well just release everything on the same day next year. whoever is in charge of promoting the game really needs to get their act together

I love this post! I work in a deadline based job where if we are off even a couple hours it can throw off the whole process, I appreciate when people let me know of a delay and I have an obligation to let others know if something out of the norm pops up. I also work in radio production too. so I have to always do packs of commercials, so deadlines are very important for me. and I have never missed one in 10 years. or if something went wrong we would let the client know as to why we are a day late ASAP

Hope Thursday is full of info then. If we get the blog early and the stream later to expand on the blog and maybe a few surprises, I’m perfectly fine with that.

It's not that deep dude, it's a blog for your hobby, not a memo for your job. And your soliloquy about your job doesn't change that I find it funny that you think it's disrespectful, when they clearly stated the schedule is subject to change.

How would you feel if you were buying a car or a house. and you were waiting on information about something to do with your house, and the agent said they will give you info next week.

Then they never cal you back, meanwhile you have already put down deposit or paid full price for something you don't know the complete details about. then from 2nd hand source someone says 'oh he said he will ring you back in 2 days to find that info out for you'
