If they have to get rid of Plesac or Reynolds to make room for *** *****, I'd rather Plesac be the odd man out. I never took to him in 17 but I did rather enjoy Harold.

I think they are adding not subtracting. I would not mind Al Leiter but since we are playing Hangman it does not fit.

How do we know the asterisks are the correct amount? I know if I was in charge of putting the asterisks in I would lead everyone right into a wall. That's me though!

Last year they one-shorted the last names so Plesac censored had 5 *s instead of 6 and Reynolds had 7 instead of 8.

I just can't stand his style, he drives me nuts in the playoffs.

I would not mind just a voice talent. Some of the best announcing I heard came from the NFL 2k series with the voice actors they had.

If we're adding asterisks it could be Eric Byrnes or Bill Ripken. Just trying to go with MLB network guys

It could be Bob Costas and they could have two play by play for the different presentation packages.

I wish it was another play by play guy and you have a option to listen to the new play by play guy or select matt v if you want to hear him do the play by play. I think ea ncca basketball did this where you had the option of listening to different broadcasters call the game.

Or I wish certain games has a new play by play guy to mix things up. Could be certain home games, weekend games, etc.

Hate the color commentary no matter who it is. gets too repetitive over the course of the season. It also sounds disjointed and unnatural to a degree.

If they take the approach Madden did with updated commentary throughout the season then it would be miles better. If not, I will just only listen to the PBP.

I mean, how would that work anyway? What if there is a conversational piece going on between Matt and Harold? I feel like you would hear something like...

I mean when I picture that thought in my head I'm laughing about that scenario. My guess is they have way too many exchanges now to many it come off as a one-man broadcast. It's not like when you mute them they don't still try and talk to the other commentators.
