Updating 16 Ruined Game

I have 16 the Show and loved the game as I didn't want to get 17. I finally updated the game and now I can't hit the ball. The only hits I get are home runs? Anyway to fix this or should I just wait until 18?

Depends on if you want to shell that money out but personally, I think that the jump from 16 to 18 will be huge and they have talked about fixing hitting in 18 so might be best to wait.

What are you having a problem with? Zone hitting, directional, level?

I had hitting on beginner and had all the hitting sliders on default, same for pitching. I could always get hits, doubles, sometimes triples, but since I did that update everything is a ground out or pop fly and the only hits are home runs. I even deleted my sliders and used default and all I get is easy outs and the only hits are home runs. How do you fix this and I may just not play baseball this year and wait until 19 The Show comes out.

using buttons, didn't use strike zone, then used it and still nothing but outs and the occasional homerun.

Only thing that could have changed is the timing. Other than that, I'm not sure what to tell you with directional

Looks like I'll wait until next years game comes out because there is no way to delete game and re add it without keeping the same rosters I made.

actually went through archives and found someone who had realistic sliders and everything is back to normal.
