Tips confirmed on Twitter that the jersey cards are only collectable items.

Wait, so you can collect a jersey card but you can't actually wear the jersey? Do these guys even play other UT games?

I will never play this mode but its cool for those that do. I like collecting cards and will keep doing it in 18.

My thoughts exactly. DD consumed a lot of playing time for me last year. And I enjoyed it but this year I want to pay more attention to Franchise and RTTS but these additions look very cool.

Not the best analogy, these collectable uniforms will be used to complete sets that you can trade in for certain players(cards) to be used.

Those harping on the ratings, that's how it was when the game was just bars. All the teams are going to look the same eventually anyway...

Man, I hope Babe Ruth has 800 power.

I wish the 100 point cap, or whatever, could be removed in other modes, as a toggle like other things are. I'm not saying I'd take advantage of it, but you could totally make it an arcade game by giving that much more power to roster creators.

I wonder what the impact of having a 125 as opposed to having a 100 in something is going to be.
