    It would be cool if they used souvenirs in opening game presentations

    This year they added bobble heads and autographed equipment to the meta game of MLB the Show. And I think it would be cool if they incorporated souvenirs and bobble heads into the starting presentations before games in franchise and road to the show, maybe for 2019.

    Example: Game opening
    Matt V: "It's bobble head day at AT&T Park. [Cuts to player bobble head] Fans showed up early [Cuts to fans waiting outside the stadium] to get their Buster Posey bobble heads."

    This would be additionally cool in road to the show because as you establish yourself you'll finally get your own bobblehead/autograph days.

    It would be a nice little touch and add a little extra variety to game opening presentations.

      This would be really cool. Even if they didn't have cutscenes, a mention would be cool.

      "Remember to stay after the game for the fireworks show"

      "Don't forget the next home game is Replica Jersey day"

      "Tomorrow is dollar hot dog day"

          they could do they for franchise, like NHL does in their franchise, you set promotional nights then they display them during the game of what people will walk out of the game with tonight. adds a nice little immersion to the franchise.

              I'm pretty sure we could set promotional days in Franchise mode in an older MLB the Show but I don't think the commentary team mentioned anything about it. I think it would add a little bit to Franchise mode. You could have a promotional night during one of the games that you know wont be full.
