    RTTS Progression --> Franchise

    Wow. I'm absolutely in love with the new player development models for RTTS.
    You wanna be a slasher? Be a slasher.
    You wanna be a corner IF with pop? Be it.
    You want to be a 5-tool outfielder? Make it happen?
    You want to be a pitcher that gets away with nasty stuff? Show me.

    How incredibly cool would this be if it made it into franchise mode for minor leaguers??!!

    One gripe I've had in MLB The Show player progression is you can draft a player with attributes at "50" across the board, yet have no control over how he develops. Why should my 6'5" 224lb RF prospect develop contact, power and defense all at the same rate?

    I'd love to see the ability to draft a corner infielder that projects to be a Power Corner. His defense, speed and discipline may never go up, but his bat will certainly develop.

    What do you guys think? This would give us a lot more control over how some of our favorite REAL prospects in real life are expected to develop.

    Re: RTTS Progression --> Franchise

    I'm a little confused here. Are you saying you want to see projected archetypes in the Franchise mode, and/or have in-game performance dictate how they develop?

    I'm kind of okay with the former, but the latter.....not so much. Too easy to turn a team into a powerhouse (intentionally or no) if the player's skill controls development.

      Just the former, to help create trajectories for young players.
