Yes. You will have to transfer the save file over to your Wii first then transfer it over onto your PS4.

I transfered mine through a Windows 95 MVP06 installation, edited some binaries with an Hex editor, then followed the regular path PS2->PS3->PS4

I think as long as you put it on the Dreamcast VMU and then view it through your Virtual Boy you should be good to go.

I didn't see this mentioned on any of the twitch streams, but I really hope they were able to license Barry Bonds this year instead of having to replace him with that Jon Dowd guy.
