    For the record, not only do I agree with you on that one, but this happens in this game a lot I've noticed. There is a backspin element in their physics engine that keeps a bit too much "low gravity" flotation on their balls which otherwise shouldn't happen or help it retain such high velocity upon descending. It is what it is though, and I assume it will keep refining every year.

    I didn't mean to hijack this thread and twist it's direction, so this will be my last post in it. I think you're right about the backspin element.



    It should be very easy to adjust it without screwing up anything else in the game unless their batted ball physics system governs throws too. In that case, that's just a bad case.
