Replay challenge improvement

Why is it they haven't upgraded that system to challenge more plays besides the play at first base like in the real game? Madden has had it for years with different plays. I was hoping that would have improved by now.

Also would like the option to challenge those close outs at first base when they are the final out of an inning.

It's gone untouched, thus causing me to turn close plays off....I lost a game on a play at home that I was clearly safe and called out...If you cant challenge the play, it's dumb to let a call get blown at a base. I do however allow personalized umps behind the dish

Same here, except I was forced at 3B in a big situation and it was clear I was safe. No point in having umps blow calls if we can't even challenge the play (unless it's at 1B).
