Using iPhone for internet on PS4 Pro

How can I set up my iPhone as a hotspot for my PS4Pro to connect to? Not using for playing online, only to get rosters.

Turn your hotspot on on your iPhone (settings > Personal Hotspot) > on your PS4, look for whatever the SSID of your iPhone is - which is likely whatever the name of your iPhone is, i.e Sam's iPhone > Connect to that SSID with whatever password that is in your hotspot (you can change it to whatever you want) > you should then be connected to your hotspot. Be forewarned, it is likely not going to be fast and it will suck up a lot of your data if you have a limit to that. Hope that helps.

This is what I have tried. When I go to set up a WiFi connection on my PS4, it doesn’t even give me an option for my iPhone, and I do have Personal Hotspot turned on.

I just tested it with mine and it definitely shows up. Try testing your hotspot with another device - laptop, iPad, etc.

Works on computer and iPad but nothing on the PS4.

Guess I will keep trying tomorrow.
