SDS Put back announcing the plays names on the starting line up!

I have been asking for them to put this back in since they took it out I believe in 14
Enough with the fast play crap. Can you please put back in announcing the players and position at every start of the game. Instead of just announcing the player to watch in the game. So annoying. You guys are moving away from presentation more then ever every year. Let animations play out. Let us choose to have the animations play out or we can just hit a button. 17 is the same game as 18. I played both. Thank God i didn't get 18..lol

Well, being as you didn't get 18 and, I'm guessing you haven't played it you missed the tremendous upgrade in presentation. The pace of the game, presentation and atmosphere really shine. The game no longer snaps back after every pitch and has some great animations by the batter around the plate, pitcher on the mound, etc., etc.

What year did they announce every player and position before the game? It must have been some time ago, because I don't remember that. Isn't that something that would be X'd past after awhile?

My buddy has it. I played it. It's really no different.. I played a few games. I am not gonna upgrade for a few more cutscenes. Lol I am seeing alot of people have more problems then with 17. Plus no season mode. I an not a franchise players and that's huge that they left that out this year with no explanation.

Yeah I think it was 14 or 13 where they announced every name in the player line up. I just forget what year.

You've been around awhile. Do you remember the announcers announcing the player lineups in full? For the life of me, I can't. Not saying the game didn't,but I can't remember it.

Differences in opinion are fine...but have seen you over in other threads telling guys they got ripped off, the game hasn't changed, you just can't understand, they are all "fan boys", blah-blah-blah. I just can't figure out for someone who is so against the series why you spend your time in here.
