Stance Creator Causing Hitches in the Stance?

I finally got around to making my own player in RTTS yesterday, and I went and edited a stance (I believe it was Veteran 171 if I’m not mistaken) using the batting stance creator. I made the front leg a little more open, had my batter slow down his hands a bit, and brought his back shoulder down a bit. When I came up with the stance that I wanted, I saved and played my first couple of games.

Right away I noticed that the editing of the stance caused a sort of “hitch” in the animation. It would sort of reset back to the beginning of the stance after it played the whole animation, and after each loop you could see a slight yet very noticeable and bothersome hitch. As soon as I went and changed the stance back to the same stane but without my own edits, the hitch was completely gone.

Anyone else noticing this? I was so excited about this feature but now feel pretty let down...

Unfortunately I've noticed this myself. I think it's anytime I add or remove movement, it results in a hitch. Sometimes it is very noticeable, other times you have to stare to notice it. It's weird looking enough that I've taken to only making other minor adjustments and not changing movement. I'm glad I'm not the only one that noticed this.

I noticed it in a few of the stances I tweaked. I think the creator is so so, but it seems half cooked. Could have been really great.

Yeah, I would imagine that little changes don’t affect it as much as other bigger changes. Really disappointing that you can’t use the creator to its fullest potential. I might try making smaller changes such as moving the front foot, but not changing the hand placement. Maybe that’ll help.

Yeah I think that this was a huge step for the game, but it still has a long way to go. Hopefully this either gets corrected via a patch, but I’m assuming it won’t be until next year’s game that we see improvement.
