Re: Update 1.07
It seems that SCEA's answer to the rocket bunts by the CPU now results in poor throws that pull the player covering second off the bag for an error. Before this patch it was fairly easy to roll a double play on a hard bunt at the first baseman. Now the throw pulls the player covering second off the bag almost every time. Just had it happen twice in one game.Comment

Re: Update 1.07
Just drilled a line drive so perfectly off Julio Urias's face that it ended up flying straight back to the catcher without him having to move. Urias is fine though, didn't even break his glassesComment

Re: Update 1.07
For me...hitting the pitcher this year has been a rarity. I've maybe hit them twice? Three times?I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: Update 1.07
It rarely happens to me, but what countryboy says about balls being hit to the left or right of the pitcher, I see that......would love to see the pitcher snag one of those.
Just wondering, what would gamers think if a smash off the pitchers head put him out for the year (I play with injuries off, so don't even know if that's possible..out for the season), followed by another smash of another starter that put him on the DL for an extended period of time. If you have that happening twice a game you'd have nothing but a lot of your players on the DL.Comment

I've seen the no look spin catch by the pitcher on line drives more this year than I ever have.It rarely happens to me, but what countryboy says about balls being hit to the left or right of the pitcher, I see that......would love to see the pitcher snag one of those.

Re: Update 1.07
Man, I wish I did. I'd love to be convinced. All I've seen is the pitcher reach straight down on balls hit to his left, or right. I even did a bug report on it because, to me, it looked like a problem that was occurring a few years ago in the game when the pitcher would field nothing hit up the middle.
Now, on soft hits to his front, or out to his left/right off the rubber a bit, okay, but anything other than that.....ugh. I hope I start seeing what you are seeing.Comment

Re: Update 1.07
Not related to the patch but why isn't there an option for compression sleeves for pitchers
