Injuries?
Anyone seeing them? I don't have time to play every game so I play one on MOM and sim 3. The way I sim is I start the game in MOM hit pause and Fast forward to end. I have injury for games I play at 9 and sim games to include Fast Forward Games at 5. I have not received 1 injury on my team through 8 games and all of Spring Training. Other teams are getting them. Maybe its just good luck on my partTags: None -

Re: Injuries?
I had one in game injury with Mike Leake.
I've also had injuries when using quick manage to play out my minor league games.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: Injuries?
In one week of franchise with default sliders I looked around the league and saw two players with minor injuries (1-6 days) and a whole one player with a major injury (1-2 months)Comment

Re: Injuries?
Default is definitely to low unless simming. I'm just wondering if putting the injury slider at 9 for played and simmed games would result in to many injuries. Last year I had it at 9 for played games 5 for sim. This year when you pause game and Fast Forward to End I am not sure if that has the same results as simming. I see a few injuries around the league, just not with my teamComment

Re: Injuries?
I have seen the opposite.
In my Cubs franchise, I have 6 players on my DL as of April 13 in game. Yu Darvish is out for several months, as well as 3 minor league players out for multiple months. I have 2 players on the 10-day DL as well.
I "play" all games, either full 9 inning games or quick manage.Orbis Non SuficitComment

Re: Injuries?
I've always played games with it at 10, and simmed games at 4. And if you wanna go further I simmed minor league games with it set at 1 or 2 (have to test again).
Too many injuries in minors on default. Prolly okay amount for simmed MLB games on default but I prefer a tad less, especially since I like to manually call up guys for cpu teams to for injuries just so it makes sense.

Re: Injuries?
Set cpu injury management to manual and then sim just one week. If you have 30 team control on anyway...you will get notifications for countless number of injuries through the league, especially at the minor league level.
I've tested the injury slider for simmed games a ton over the last two years, not including this years game. I think a lot of ppl assume it's fine cause they have injury management set to auto for the cpu controlled teams. I personally set it to MLB only and let cpu manage the minor league injuries.
