    Home run cam

Is their a way to make it where they don’t show so many home run cams. It’s terrible we can’t turn it off. Seems like every homerun I hit is the no doubt cam and every homerun cpu hits is the one I want. Can’t even see the ball from that stupid thing. Awful decision not to be able to turn it off

Really wish we would get the option to turn it on/off.

I love it!! I think it's cool. I hardly ever get to see it because I don't ever hit homeruns.

My lack of homeruns isn't from a lack of trying. It's because I just can't freaking do it. I work the count, get good pitches to hit that register as good contact and the ball just doesn't go anywhere.

Have you tried increasing your solid hits slider? Or power slider?

I'm actually a fan of it this year. Good balance between focusing on the player and where the ball is going. Plus without it there is no motivation for the developers to add/improve signature follow through s which is one of my favorite parts of the game.

Wrong. It doesn’t focus on both. Sometimes you can’t even see where the ball is or is going. It’s ridiculous

true, I've had maybe 5 home run cam shots, and maybe on 2 of them I can actually see the ball. It's weak arcade nintendo style nonsense

                      I LOVE it

I get plenty of homeruns that look like they're going to be doubles, or 50/50 (catch/no catch) at the warning track, where I'm jabbing away at the controller trying to make my guy hustle around the bases only to watch the ball land in the 2nd or 3rd row.

Then I get that NO DOUBTER blast, and I'm like @#%#@% yeah.

Doubt blast where it doesn’t ****ch to the home run cam with your batter who just hit the ball
Is fantastic. That’s what I want when I hit a no doubter. But the view of the batter going down the line when you hit was is arcady and ridiculous

Why don't they just give us the option back!? I hate the thing so much and I see it all the time.

The thing I don't understand is that I've never seen anything remotely close to this in a real baseball broadcast... you don't see camera men running up behind the batter's butt after he hits a home run. Go back to the angles from behind home plate.

                              Re: Home run cam

It's the best looking home run cam they have made so far, but there is too much "ERMAHGERD LUK @ DE CELEBRATIONS" involved in it still that I'd rather see the ball's flight and watch them admire it on replay.

I personally would rather see it zero times, though. Sometimes it helps cap off the emotion of a moment (I hit a walkoff home run at night and it looked great), but other times I'm just ehh to it, especially in the daytime or if my player blocks the ball's flight.

Glad I didn't have to experience the HR celebration cam in last year's game though. Apparently I didn't find the trick that would make it happen here this year.
