I am in 2025 of my Tigers Franchise with everything set at manual. I go into the offseason and before I lose my players to free agency based on their player option, I get an opportunity to offer a tender. On November 1st, the free agency button is gone. I can't even re-sign any of my players. I can't even select my 40 man roster too. What is happening? I tried trading away some high salary players, my budget shows I am at 42 million in player payroll. Still nothing. The only time I can sign free agents is in the post-winter meetings.
