great job SDS! Went 30+ games with a total of 3 wild pitches and mostly correct pitches in the dirt. Insert patch 1.09......... 3 wild pitches in 2 games with 2 runs scoring because of it, 5 more in 7 games with 3 runs scoring because of it. With most being just pitches in the dirt. Most by cpu and few by me. Every slider is mostly at default. No pitching sliders changed.

Where can I submit a bug report. This REALLY needs to be addressed. This game was just fine before this patch.

I guess I'll post this here: Every time I load the game, I get prompted for the live roster update. It's like it's not saving it. Is that happening for anyone else? Never had that happen prior to 1.09.

Have had the same problem. Constantly prompted for live roster update now. Also noticed a lot of wild pitches now by the CPU. Grant it they don't ever bounce far enough for you to move to another base, not for me anyway.

Just time to admit it, this patched messed some things up for offline folks. A lot of wild pitches now. A lot of double plays now. Very few home runs are hit now. Me and the CPU use to hit quite a few home runs prior to this patch every game. Now we down to 1 or 2 a game. Games are very low scoring for me now. Too many balls are hit directly at defenders. Get very few doubles now. Get way too many line drive fly outs where the defender don't have to move because the ball comes directly to them.

Not seeing the variety of hits anymore. Hits are the following now:

1. Line drive fly outs to the CF.
2. Ground ball to 2nd.
3. Ground ball to short stop.
4. Line drive to the pitcher and the pitcher catches everything now.
5. Pop ups. Seeing way too many pop ups.

I would say 98% of on base hits now are singles that barely land beyond the jumping 1st baseman or jumping Short Stop. Everything is just different now. I use to see hits go all over the field. Now ? NOPE. The ball don't even bounce and roll as far on the ground anymore. Use to be the ball would bounce and roll in a variety of different directions. Now, it is always right towards to a defender or roll 3 feet and just STOP. The amount of line drives infielders snag now during a game is INSANE.

I too agree about the double plays as well. At first I thought it was just me, but ...... Looking at my spreadsheet, it does seem higher then normal.

Outside of being prompted for the Live Roster Update this hasn't been my experience at all.

The game plays essentially the same post patch as it did pre-patch, outside of the fact that the fielders have more "urgency" and seem more "free to move" when doing manual fielding.

Maybe because you play franchise mode and I play play now. That could be it.

I too am getting the prompt for the roster update each time.

Game has been playing beautiful post patch. Still some fielding hiccups here and there, but they're manageable. One thing ive finally started utilizing was the defensive position settings. I was giving up A LOT of infield hits and weak dribblers late in games and finally realized that the computer was putting me in some questionable defensive shifts and adjustments. Now im aware almost every pitch on how my defense is aligned, and it has worked wonders.

I've seen more of #1 and I've always thought #5 was true based on MLB batted ball profiles.

Can't say it's the patch or just randomness...except for #5 which I assumed was a "feature" of Directional hitting and/or the hitting engine in general.

I noticed that they changed the marker for a Top 50 prospect. Threw me off a little considering it's not changed when you look to see what markers in the game mean.

Either this coffee is way stronger than I think, I'm just on pitches, or balls down the line have been adjusted. There seems to be less spin on balls. I've pulled two, pushed one, and have had the AI do the same. And it seems, to me, to be more in line with how the ball would react. Is it just me? Or should I just go back to where I came from?

I have had more of this as well since the 1.09 patch. Almost like it was when I first got the game
