Eye black and glasses not showing up in day games or at random

Anyone else have this issue? Haven't found anything on it but even in California, at 1PM, sunny weather in July it is a 50/50 shot at best that my players are wearing glasses and their assigned eyeblack.

Just curious if it is set up this way or a glitch.

Also forgot to mention sometimes it shows up mid game. Like first few innings nothing, then all of a sudden there. Almost like it takes time to load or is confused whether to display it or not.
