    Pitching since patch

Has anyone's pitching just been absolutely unhittable since the patch? Seems like the computer is affected by this as well as the player. I'm using PJSNell's 1989 Cubs against the 2018 league, haven't edited any attributes. The ratings are pretty accurate, and actually this roster is nowhere near as good as 2018. Oh, default Legend settings is what I'm using:

Team ERA: 2.64 (Actually was 3.43 in 1989)
    Les Lancaster: 1.38
    Mike Bielecki: 1.49
    Paul Assenmacher: 1.59
    Dean Wilkins: 1.69
    Scott Sanderson: 1.75
    Steve Wilson: 2.29
    Mitch Williams: 2.74
    Rick Sutcliffe: 2.90
    Jeff Pico: 3.34
    Pat Perry: 3.71
    Greg Maddux: 4.01
    Paul Kilgus: 4.22

I'm winning games 1-0, 3-1, 2-1, 4-2. Or losing by those scores. Anyone else seen this in their franchise? Seems like as much as many players have been struggling with hitting, the computer has been doing the same. So at least it's fair!

Would the lady who left her nine kids at Wrigley Field please pick them up immediately? They are beating the Cubs 4-0 in the 7th inning!

    I wish.

    My latest games since 1.11:

    L 6-3
    L 6-4
    W 6-2
    W 7-0
    W 5-4
    W 19-10

    I'm allowing 5.2 runs per game. A .342 BABIP. A .280 BA. A 13.6% walk rate.

I could use some of that unhittability mojo pls.

CPU hitting does seem affected. Pitchers still have to locate - and on Classic with 4 Control, that is not a guarantee LOL

I was dominating on HOF in my franchise, but went up to Legend and getting much more realistic results.

      What are your settings?

Pitching to me is the same now as it was pre-patch. The only difference is that squared up pitches are hit harder.

        Other than that, same experience

I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

You were dominating in Meter or Classic pitching mode ? I think people are more prone to dominate when using the Meter playing HoF.

The only problem that I have (and I don't think it's related to the last patch) is the ability of the CPU to foul a ball way outside the zone, especially when they have a early/late swing while for me, sometimes, I can't foul a ball that is on the edge of the strikezone.

I don't know if it's a slider thing or a directionnal thing but when it happens, it doesn't feel like "realistic".

It's a little of interface (Directional RNG might not let a hitter get his PCI out there to nip the ball), sliders (Contact vs Control, Timing, Foul Freq.), and base difficulty (all things being equal - I had much lower success fouling balls out of the zone on Legend than Hall of Fame).

I'm using default sliders with pulse pitching.

Yes! My pitching has been completely dominant using meter or classic on default legend. I don't get it at all. I rarely ever give up a run and when I do its usually a couple weak singles and a passed ball or something lol. It's so weird because it seems very few people are having this issue. It's so weird. I feel like i can throw meatballs down the middle on legend and they can't hit it out of the infield.
