He does. However, he also throws a fastball. My plan against him is to wear him out, force him to throw as many pitches as I can, and try to do damage when I get a pitch that I can hit. I don't feel nearly as hopeless against him as I do the junkballers. I think that the last time I faced him, he was shutting me out through five or six innings, but then I got him for four or five runs and chased him from the game.
Pitchers you struggle against this year.

Robbie Ray and Nova also kill me every time too. Guys who specialize in slow, low curveballs and changeups just leave me helpless. Generally, any pitcher who doesn't throw a 4 seam or 2 seam fastball is going to have his way with me. Graveman of the Pirates just pitched a full game, three hit shutout against me last night.
My all time biggest struggles were against Brandon Webb, who threw a devestating sinker, low and in the zone all game long. Nothing but grounders to the middle infield and strikeouts, all game long.Comment

Soft tosers. Anyone who throws a change up or slider as their main pitch. Just can’t adjust to that breaking ball.😡MLB: TORONTO BLUE JAYS
