Does anyone know the answer to this question? (If You've Played Enough to Notice)

Does anyone know if those lines from Matty V "Bruce is just 4 for 30 in his career against so and so" update dynamically? Or does that commentary always stay the same depending on the player? What is the logic behind this? I like the idea, but if it's not realistic then I don't know what to think.

I'm going out on a limb and guess it's dynamic, I can't imagine it's not updating based on what's currently happening in your universe.

They update because generated rookies get those lines so the game is keeping track for everyone. But they're not always accurate.

They're dynamic. I wondered this too and the other night I gave up a HR to Carlos Gonzalez with Familia and the next night faced him again and they said Gonzalez had one HR vs Familia. I checked the career stats for the matchup in real life and he had given up none vs him so they had to be counting the HR I gave up the night before

Love this type of commentary. I’d rather they focus on that rather than staying staunch or explaining grinders!!

I did notice this recently. On my 20th hit streak game with my CAP player lock. Each time I came to the plate the streak amount was repeated followed by the exact same line the other announcer makes (forget his name).

Currently running patch 1.10. Might also be related to another thread on here about repititve commentary. Also a bit of a let down that the quick facts with CAP did not work as announced.

As well as your CAP being mentioned on the Offense line up and Defense line up screens. Skipped right over by the commentators even though I am the best on the team at the end of June and played out every game.

Its dynamic, even within the same game. However, its not always correct. I've had many times that I know my batter has dozens of at bats against a given pitcher on a team within the same division, and they'll say that he only has a handful. From what I can tell, it also doesn't count at bats within simmed franchise games.
Anyone who claims to be a fan of two teams in the same pro sport is actually a fan of none.

The dynamic commentary struggles with win and loss streaks the most from what I’ve noticed. Rarely is their comments accurate to what is actually happening in my franchise.
