Question about injury control

Is manual injury control in franchise still a thing? And if so, will injuries still occur organically (with the ability to edit after?) i’d like to set up opening day rosters with realistic injuries then let the season play out from there on its own. Possible?

Yes, just turn the injuries to manual, do your thing and then turn it back to on.

They don't really happen organically (or at all) with manual off. At least not for me.

That's what I'm experiencing too. With the slider at 6 I get very few and they're all in the simmed minor league games, if I bump it to seven I'm getting a new injury every day...although I'm using the Mets so I should probably be seeing even more injuries that that

Yes, just turn the injuries to manual, do your thing and then turn it back to on.

Where do you turn on manual injuries on?

Go to settings>gameplay options>general, and then hit R2 to go to advanced and you'll have the option to turn injuries to on, off, or manual. If you choose manual then go to the disabled list section and I believe you need to hit either R1 or R2 and it will take you to a screen where you man manually injure your players
