Franchise game 5 innings of pitching stats not counted

So I noticed this when looking at my rookie pitcher's player card. I'm in 2032 and he pitched 6 innings a few games ago but on his stats sheet it only shows 2031 stats. So I looked at the box score and for both teams only 4 ip were reported for each. Both starting pitchers accumulated no stats on the box score and didn't keep any stats / none were credited to their season totals. Anyone else seen this?

Did you use Quick Manage? Or play the entire game out?

I don't remember. But I probably started quick managing at some point during the game As I was getting clobbered

Ive been trying to warn people at different times for months that Quick Manage will mess up stats in a major way. Stats disappear, and sometimes get simmed twice in one game, doubling stats. I have seen this first hand in testing, and i recommend that people that care about stats not ever use Quick Manage, but no one really seemed to pay much attention.

I am 99% certain that this is what happened to you.

Do you have a prior save you can go to? That way you can just replay the game.

In the future i would either stay away from QM, or at least have a backup save always on hand, or turn off auto-save, so that you can replay the game (i hate replaying games though) Wrong stats would drive me nuts lol.

If you continue using QM, double check stats after every game. It doesnt happen most games. Better yet, keep an eye on it throughout the game, because when i have seen it mess up in testing, it messed up the stats live, and you can catch it early instead of playing the entire game out for nothing.

Hopefully you can replay that game, unless just a few innings of missing stats doesnt really bother you.

A pinned topic about Quick Manage losing game's stats would be helpful

Quick Manage seems to be the issue. Stay out of it unless you are keen on simming or actually quick managing the rest of your game.

From my experience with quick manage, the issue happens when you swap back and forth during the same game. I've never had the stats issue when I've quick managed and then went into the game and finished the game. The only time I saw the issue was when I started with quick manage, then played the game, then went back into quick manage. I lost 2 innings of stats because of that.

Yeah that makes sense, when i tested it i started out playing the game, then went to quick manage, and immediately i saw the problem. I played again in the same game, then quick managed and the problem doubled. I did this three times.

I've done quick manage all the way through for a game but I don't recall if there was an issue with stats or not.

It just happened to me the other day.
If you quick manage (QM) even 1-AB, do not pitch/hit for that game. Now, luckily, you can fast forward (FF) each AB and do pitching changes using QM. Using just FF, seems you can jump into game and pitch/bat with no issues.
