Skipping Cut Scenes

This may be a dumb question, but I recently bought mlb 18 after not playing since mlb 15. In 15 this happens (as an example):

1. strike out opposing batter
2. I hit x (im impatient lol)
3. the screen that shows the team logos gets skipped
4. the cut scene of the pitch and strike out still plays unless I hit X again.

In MLB 18:

1. strike out opposing batter
2. I hit x (im impatient lol)
3. the next abtetr steps in to bat

Is there something I can do, an option maybe, to fix this?

I am not seeing what you are asking about. One press of X skips to the next at bat, isn't that what you want?

Change your Presentation to FAST PLAY. I'm not sure exactly where it's located as I'm not in front of the game, but by your post, I believe this is what you're looking for.
