    In season player progression

Do players progress/regress during season mode, and if so, is there a certain age that this doesn't happen?

I ask bc I only play individual seasons and I don't want players abilities changing and affecting my sliders.

    I'm playing 16 on the PS3 by the way (I know, I know....still hanging on &#128580

Players start to decline rather quickly starting at 34-35. Players like Bartolo Colon and RA Dickey, Ichiro etc who are pushing 40 you can expect to decline very fast. I’ve seen guys lose 9-10 attribute points on every stat in one season if they are older and not performing. On the other side, you can expect decent growth for players with A potential under 25. Guys in the 26-33 range tend to stay the same or have negligible change.

Edit: Sorry i just noticed you said season mode. I only played franchise so I’m not sure if player decline matters for season mode, but if it does you can expect what I said above to be true enough.

Apart from offseason progression/regression, They change on the 1st of every month based on the previous months performance (with the exception of the 1st month)

Look at the stats the last day of the month and you’ll see the difference
