GM Question

Hello OS community.


I just had a quick question. I have this fascination with rebuilding my Toronto Blue Jays with a strong system, however, I noticed that I really have 3 years until my contract as a GM comes to end which happened yesterday. I finally had a deep farm system and since I did not make the playoffs and/or be above 500 for three years I got canned.



My question is, is there a way to turn of goals for the GM or is this something I have to deal with? My solution yesterday was to start over, make the playoffs in year one and then start dealing, but it seemed disingenious.


Also, there is no facial scan of Gibbons.

I believe you can turn off GM contracts when you start your franchise.

If you don’t want to start over, maybe you can just set the Jays on user control via the mode file settings association screen. Kind of like how people utilize 30 team control. Worth a shot.

There is an option at the beginning of franchise mode to turn off GM contracts.
