    Yep. It's important to pay attention to that because a player's potential actually changes based on performance. I've seen C potential players go up to a B with extremely great performance in the minors.

      I haven't paid extremely close attention but anyone I've left at Class A is the exact same rating at the end of the season as he was at the beginning. Have you ever seen a big jump?
