    Budgetary constraints.

I'm at the All-Star break, so I'll be making pretty much all the real-life deals that happened this year in 2018. However, I'm trying to figure this Machado deal out in the game. It's telling me that the deal cannot be made because of, "budgetary constraints." Any ideas on how to get around this. I'm trying to trade Yusniel Diaz and Breyvic Valera to the Orioles in exchange for Machado (the other prospects are not on OSFM unless I've missed them).

It seems I need some salary somehow to offset the, "weekly cash flow." Not really sure how this is going to work but there has to be a way to get Machado onto the Dodgers.

Release Machado and claim him by the Dodgers, if you have 30 team control...switch other teams to manual on waivers.

Yeah, I was thinking about that. It took me forever but I finally got it. Ended up trading Machado for Kershaw. Then I lowered Kershaw to a 30 overall and traded him back to the Dodgers for the two main prospects. Then moved Kershaw’s ratings back. So weird that it works like that but says that there are budgetary constraints the other way.
