Guys...I just purchased the new Samsung QLED 49". It is a beast. I am playing the Show at its highest 4k HDR graphics and it is as smooth as butter. It has an auto game mode too. The graphics are simply amazing. It is like getting the SHOW fresh out of the box. I was previously playing on my Samsung 4k HDR non QLED and I thought the graphics were amazing. But the QLED graphics are like you are in the stadium. Everything is crystal clear. On my non QLED I could not play with 4k settings as there was too much choppiness and lag. No longer a problem.

BTW..I am using the QLED as a desktop monitor. I mention this guys because the 49" QLED is on sale for only $697. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DD4B83T...ing=UTF8&psc=1

If I hadn't recently bought the 65" non QLED I would buy the 65" too although I am still considering buying it anyhow. At Costco you also get free extra 3 year warranty from square trade so it is full 7 year warranty on any size. This deal ends Nov. 26. Here's link to 49" at Costco.

I've never experienced that on my Vizio 50" 4K TV with built in Chrome Cast. I love my TV.

I meant that I don't have any of the choppiness and lag with my TV. Sorry if that got lost in translation. I love my TV and enjoy my experience.

Yes...I figured OLED would give you a very similar experience. I don't think the OLEDs are on sale though? Samsung's QLED supposedly has the least lag time. Don't know the accuracy of the claim though.

it's less than a frame, so yes as TVs go, the input it low.

2018 TCL "55" inch .15 Ms input lag... and more importantly awesome soap opera loke affect during all tv and movies... love this tv... will always buy tcl from here on out

Just never by a TCL Roku TV. The reviews on those are awful. Like the TV just stops working within 6 months of people buying it. Multiple bad reports about that. I was doing a lot of research before I bought my last TV and nearly got one. Thankfully I didn't. I'm pretty jacked up happy with my Vizio 49" 4K UHD TV with built in Chromecast.

Just never by a TCL Roku TV. The reviews on those are awful. Like the TV just stops working within 6 months of people buying it. Multiple bad reports about that. I was not trying to start a TV war, and I was only talking about the ones with built in Roku, not all TCL TV's. Like I said, I saw some pretty bad reviews on them. Most of them said that they stopped working clear out the blue within a few months of use.

I own the Samsung KS5500 from a few years ago, 4k, HDR, all of that. I like it, but the one thing I don't like is how much game mode degrades the graphics. The input lag is too much without it, to the point you will be throwing to the backstop everytime.

Any updates on QLED or OLED to where it doesn't take such a graphics hit for Game mode, it seems rather considerable on mine.
