Re: Safeco Field GONE
I think it makes it in.
Might have to be via patch (aka Rockies new scoreboard) but I think it makes it in.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: Safeco Field GONE
Misunderstood what the thread was about because of title. I figured it was GONE maybe it fell over because of the Kingdome implosion.
But yeah, like jaffith, it will always be safeco.
I still sometimes think of minutemaid as enron lolOSFM23 - Building Better Baseball - OSFM23

Re: Safeco Field GONE
Don't know if this is going to make it into MLB The Show 19, but as of today, Safeco Field has officially been rebranded and renamed T-Mobile Park.

Re: Safeco Field GONE
Exactly. These stadiums that go to corporate sponsorships after not having them, well it just sounds weird. We've lost Jacob's Field and Rangers Ballpark in Arlington within the last 5 years. I'm surprised the others are continuing to hang on. The only ones left are
- Fenway Park
- Wrigley Field
- Dodger Stadium
- Angel Stadium of Anaheim
- Oakland Coliseum (It's had a few over the years and only doesn't have one now because corporations stopped paying to sponsor a dump)
- Oriole Park at Camden Yards
- Marlins Park
- Nationals Park
- Yankee Stadium (The Third)
- Busch Stadium (The Third)
It's actually more than I thought it was, especially considering how new Marlins Park and Nationals Park are. New stadiums almost always have some sort of naming rights as part of the plan to quickly make money to pay off the debt of building it.Atlanta Braves
Atlanta Falcons
Auburn Tigers
Detroit Red Wings
