Why is Shohei Ohtani, Michael Fulmer, and others missing in regular online rated games?

This is a weird time of year for the Show; lots of limbo. I figure Fulmer is out because of his knee surgery, though he should be ready by March.
As for Ohtani, his predicament is tricky because of the Show's failure to make possible 2-way players for pitchers and everyday position players. Wasn't he changed from a pitcher to an outfielder when the Angels shut his pitching down for TJS? Maybe they changed him back to a pitcher, is he actively on the DL?


In any event I can see why either player could be in or out, maybe no true ‘‘right answer’’ for being available for online rated...sort of a damned if they do damned if they dont

You can hit with Ohtani online but you cannot start him to pitch with him makes no sense lol.
