    Catchers & Pitching Meter?!

I was about 20 games into my franchise with the Nationals, and did not want to start over so I updated the offseason transactions live within my Franchise. Since I have acquired Gomes and Suzuki, my pitchers' pitching meter will rapidly speed up on the way back down to the "sweet spot" and I am "just late" about 70% of the time, and very late about 20% of the time. This results in balls, walks and wild pitches. About 5% I am right on, and 5% I try to compensate for the rapid drop and am early. This is ruining the game for me.... Any help is appreciated

There’s a bunch of different pitching alternatives to the meter. Pulse pitching being one that’s somewhat easier, I recommend giving one of the alternatives a try.

I use classic, love it. You just pick a pitch/location and then pitch, and they do the rest. They will go by their ratings. No hassle.
