I thought it might be fun to see where some of the games biggest stars are currently playing, or played for those who are no longer playing '18, in their franchise modes.

For myself...I'm in year 2021 which is a carryover from 2016 game.

Machado - Re-signed by the Orioles

Gerrit Cole - Twins

Keuchel - Mariners

Josh Donaldson - Padres

Lemehieu - Tigers

Other than those ones almost every big name player has re-signed with their irl team... Makes things slightly boring. Bumgarner, Arenado, and Machado are all bummers in that respect... But I did manage to sign Gerrit Cole so that's fun.

The two biggest FA that are currently unsigned in real life are on some interesting teams in my 2019 Indians franchise...

Machado is on the Braves
Harper is with the Rays

Only ones I can recall off the top of my head...I’ll have to glance and check out some other names once I finish my game.

I'm in mid-2019 in my Mets franchise.

The biggest move was Bryce Harper signing a FA deal with the San Diego Padres. Manny Machado elected to re-sign with the Orioles. Charlie Blackmon signed with the Rangers.
