They have to win me back at this point. Changes in RTTS and the fact that there is not much meaningful content for offline DD players outside of just constantly grinding the programs has caused me to spend less time with the game this year than any other.

It may be my first skip in something like a decade.

I have no outrage. I have no disdain for others who don't share my point of view. I have no delusions that my opinion should matter more than any other.

And I stand by both. The last patch did clean up gameplay, however many of the animations and graphics are dated at this point.

I skipped 17, after buying the game every season for years. I bought last year's but it was underwhelming. I will only buy 19 when I know for certain that they've added meaningful content to offline single player franchise. Its all I care about. I will not buy the game Day One.

Carryover save to franchise and or season.
Put all legendary players offered in (free agents) I transferred my players from last year's game I was in the middle of a season and was not allowed to access the new legendary players that were offered in the new game. Very frustrating the people that could access it weren't interested in accessing it the people that couldn't are the ones that create legendary teams and would love to have the opportunity to add legendary players. Big Time dilemma Catch 22.

I didn't mind the old Knight165 way, but the problem you run into with that is homerism and we all saw the problems that came with that a few years back, but hey if we stop doing it more power to the people lol.

Put out a stats -> ratings conversion or whatever factors you guys used to create establish players and prospects.

Then everyone who wants to make teams for the master roster would have to submit to the "style sheet" and would agree to do so when they agree to submit teams.

Otherwise, rejections or edits occur.



That way, you have a standardized measure to bring some kind of consistency/objectivity to the ratings system, especially since, presumably, the game itself has one.

Judging by the lack of info and no live streams, it's fair to speculate this years game had a garbage budget and is worth skipping.

they didn’t release information until after the Super Bowl last year so I don’t think it’s fair to speculate anything about this years game at this point

I'll almost certainly be skipping if nothing of substance is done to Franchise again (which I expect to be the case), at least until the price drops. It's been increasingly frustrating to see the focuses for the game turn towards the money maker mode, while Franchise gets tossed a small scrap. I mean, I fully understand why it's become that way, because money is the end game for any company releasing a product, but it doesn't make it any less annoying.

The first Twitch stream last year was February 8th, so I would have to agree it'll be this week or sometime after the super bowl they'll give out that info.
