maybe it could be a Friends/baseball hybrid where you play as Ross and you have to keep your wife from switching teams. but I'd rather have a Seinfeld/baseball game where you play as George in a Be-The-Traveling-Secretary mode

You'd have to come up with new uniform materials (cotton, because it breathes); curry favor with the boss by fetching Italian food lunch orders and eventually gain enough experience to level up to give batting tips in the Legends mode. I can't believe no one released a game like this yet.

Gotta schedule some good bobblehead days too. Jon Voight Bobblehead Day would be a good start. Also, if I dont get a Fitted Hat Day, you can start searching for bombs. And no knockoffs. I want the ones like the real players wear. Might as well tell that son of a ***** no Yankee is ever coming to Houston. Not as long as you ******** are running things.

probably Harper signs first, followed quickly by Machado then the Show.
I'm not surprised its taking so long for Harper to find a home because I dont think he's a better player than Manny. I hope no team is stupid enough to pay him over 200 million.

FYI, Harper is responsible for one of the 5 best single seasons in the last 50 years. His 10.0 WAR in 2015 shows what he's capable of. Sure he's been not AS good lately, but he's still very young.

I agree fully. I just think the notion that paying Bryce $200+ is stupid would be an unpopular opinion.

I'm going to try not to read much into the teasers on the twitch schedule this year, as I saw last years the other day (came out Feb 5th btw) and I genuinely would struggle to link the points to franchise mode features even having played the game for a year!

Hoping it's not last again this year as well, both on in terms of having an agonizing 6 week wait and also the slightly negative implication to being left till last. Let's hope we can push RTTS down a peg!

Maybe if Harper DOES sign with the Phillies, they will get the correct shade of red, this year. They were the only team not fixed in '18. Fingers crossed!

Might also be motivation to fix the burgundy and powder blue unis they inexplicably screwed up last year after getting them mostly right the previous year. The burgundy cap's gonna be an official alt this year so they better get them right.

Since it’s an official alt they’ll probably fix it.
