How about instead of showing batters pumping their fists after less important hits like they are little leaguers and never got a hit before and instead have the camera show the first base and third base coach padding the batter on his ***,high five, hand shake and giving him running tips!!!

I love having player and team celebrations but they are way over used in game situations when they should not be done.

"Most" MLB Players do not pump their fist like they never got a hit before in the first few innings especially with no one on base. In the Playoffs and World Series yes you might see the fists pumps more often early in the game but not regular season games. On a big late game even lead off hit or winning base hit sure bring on the fists pumps. But please stop using them on an early game single or even an extra base hit especially if it was not even an RBI.

So basically what I am saying is add Batter/Coach first and third base after hit interactions and stop with the pumping fists celebrations on less important hits!

This small change would take MLB The Show to an extra level of realism that I know you guys at Sony try to do year after year. But this has been an issue for a while now.

Idk if it's still in the game but how about the animation when a new reliever come in and he's walking up to the mound and accidently drops his glove. Haha what a clumsy guy!
But seriously I've never seen anyone do this and on the regularity it happens in The Show.
The animation is played it, I appreciate the humor but I'd rather have something now to to date, just something fresh.
How about someone putting a gum bubble on a teammate's hat or something like that?

I'd like to see some tools added that will help us, the players, invest in the game more such as, stats from past years easily displayed including awards and milestones, etc...
Rather than giving us a new feature or mode, just help us love the product more for what it already is. We want flexibility and growth in the game, not to be forced to adapt to another new feature like retro mode, or whatever, that we will not invest anyway.(Cool addition but how much could have been fixed, tweaked or added to better what they already have?)
All I'm saying is, don't change the game, make it better and help the player invest in it more.
Franchise players obviously want to play into the years with what they can build, add tools for that, for the future of the game.

Keep the players happy and we'll keep buying every year, simple as that.

My only wish is for all the children of the world to join hands and sing together in the spirit of harmony and peace.
If I could get two wishes, one would be the thing about all the children of the world and two would be create-a-stadium.
Give me three wishes, yeah, thing about the children, second the create-a-stadium and third relocation/expansion team.
If I could get 4 wishes, the crap about the kids, 2nd is create-a-stadium, 3rd is relocation/expansion team and 4th would be an OOTP/SHOW hybrid franchise. Wait a second, who am I kidding the thing with the children, the logistics would be impossible to pull off so lets move create-a-stadium to 1, 2 is relocation/expansion team , 3 is an OOTP/SHOW franchise and 4 can be the kids. Oh, I almost forgot the most important thing. Lets make 1 carryover created historical rosters, 2 create-a-stadium , 3 is relocation/expansion team,4 OOTP/SHOW franchise, and my 5th wish would be for all the children of the world to join hands and sing together in a spirit of harmony and peace.

I think it would be cool to see faces and arms glistening with sweat in July games in places like Atlanta and Texas and players breath in April games in places like Colorado and Boston.

I really just want the catcher throwing the ball back to the pitcher to not auto-skip 80% of the time. Same with 1B’s return throw after a pickoff attempt. Same with batters auto-skipping out of their between-pitch repertoires.

I get it, “everyone skips them anyway.” Yeah and “everyone” mutes the game and just listens to music while they play, let’s just cut all the audio out am I right?

Stop rewarding people with ADHD for god’s sake. There’s been like eight new ways to “play faster” introduced the past several years. Isn’t that enough for them? You have to cut content from “full broadcast” mode on top of that?

Editable service time is an absolute must.

This is desperately needed for realism for the retro roster crowd.

As a person that has ADHD, thanks for your comment :P.
I also want the catcher to throw back the ball all the time, i want to see everything play out in full, so that i can decide myself whether to skip or not, depending on my mood.

Also hoping for better replays and a lot less stutter, better views of the stadium.
I have been playing a lot the last few week, with classic rosters, and the stutter, jerkey replays and hit and miss replays are really something that should not be there anymore in 2019.

add player ejections like arguing with umpire simulate charging the mound like OOTP does which is sponsored by MLB now so i don't want to hear they wont let us do it. finally some collision detection of some kind! more realistic bloopers and choppers. more plays where first baseman has to flip to pitcher covering 1st. tired of my 1st baseman running to 2nd base to field a ball and still get back to the bag to get the runner out. more shifts by AI against me not just the big left handed power hitters. A spring training which is actually worth playing.

Definitely need more shifts. When you progress deep into RTTS or Franchise and have only generated players left, the shifts are never there.

something I recently thought about... uniform editor in franchise mode...


Be fun to rebrand a team, obviously would love a relocation tool, but even just a rebranding option.. say I'm the Rays and wanna tinker with my colors, maybe add an alternate uniform or something,it would be subtle, yet pretty fun.
