Re: Nine 'Little Things' I Want to See in MLB 19 The Show

    1) Interactive trivia - Yes this would be cool and if done right, I would look forward to it

    2) I am dying for situational stats!

    3) Changing weather would be a neat feature, although I usually play with the Jays so half of the games I play are in a dome.

    4) Gum and seeds would be a nice graphical touch.

    5) Fan interference - I am torn on this I think it should be in the game but I imagine myself getting screwed over and raging

    6) Ballpark history would be nice, especially for using historic stadiums

    7) Autographs before the game - Yea I mean this would be a nice touch, Id like to see the batting practice before the game and during that maybe see some guys down the lines interacting with fans.

    8) Jumbotron videos - Would create a feeling of really being in the ballpark

    9) Players moving in the dugout - yes yes yes, not just the animations but when a foul ball comes flying in there should be more panic...

I’ve been hoping for dynamic weather for years. How cool would it be to start a game in the sun and along the way dark clouds start rolling in and the threat of rain becomes a possibility.

Keeping my fingers crossed again this year.

Question: When you check the team rosters, lineup or rotation, using L2 and R2, why the Nationals are between Miami and New York? If it's Washington, they should be between Philadelphia and the NL Central. If it's DC, they should be between Atlanta and Miami.

Not really important, but I think they didn't change the ordre since the Expos have moved to Washington.

I'd love to be able to just watch a game. Especially at this time of the year. I know that if you sit idle for a while, it will start a game (and give you the option to join in). But it stops a couple of innings in. I was sitting there last night and was in the mood to just watch a game.

Also - Quick Manager - It should give us the option to actually watch the game from the dugout (and not the menu screen).

Correct and this makes me mad too. It's still in order of the original NL East city names:
            Atlanta
            Florida
            Montreal
            New York
            Philadelphia

It's been an 'issue' for a while but I don't really see this being adjusted.

Another team in the wrong placement is the Astros. They should be after the Twins and before the Angels.
BFR's future is still TBD, stay tuned for updates

These two features seem pretty reasonable:

Improved dynamic player potential. This is technically already in the game but the way it works is flawed and doesn't work 100% of the time. I had a pitcher (Michael Kopech) last year who consistently had an era in the 8.00's. He still ended up around a 90 overall after a few horrible seasons. Progression should be stunted if a player has a few bad seasons in a row.

Player personality. There are all kinds of personalities on each team. This should have an effect on your team. Each player should be tagged a personality with each one having varying effects. Having a "Locker room leader" would give the player's position group a slight rating boost while "Distraction" would do the opposite. Personalities should have the possibility of changing depending on the season a player is having.

Re: Nine 'Little Things' I Want to See in MLB 19 The Show

One thing I'm hoping is added is when you advance past the first season in franchise mode (the real life schedule in the first year), there are no more Sunday night games, day games on Memorial Day, 4th of July (unless it falls on a weekend), nor Labor Day. There should be start times from 1pm EST all the way to 10pm EST on these 3 days.

I know its not a big deal but it kinda dampens the immersion when playing on those days.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(
