What does The Show need to be eSports Ready?

The Show 19's branch-able animations will cut out baserunner exploits. The new defensive animations will help a great deal. Less blunders because animations aren't launching in a timely manner.

What else does the Show need to be eSports ready?

What does a MLB The Show eSports league look like? Follow the other major sports?

    Rotating interleague schedules...

In all seriousness just to keep refining its gameplay and try to reach a larger audience. It’ll never happen but the popularity of the franchise would take off it the game came to XBOX and Switch.

Ohh I agree. PS exclusive is nice but it's clearly limiting the fan base.

In terms of the logistics of a league - rolling out some form of Diamond Dynasty mode would keep things fresh, and add lots of depth and strategy. Within Diamond Dynasty, if I'm not mistaken, the rotation's SP is selected at random - so you're only as good as your weakest starter. I think an eSports league based on DD would be fascinating just from a pure lineup perspective.

Then when we get into in-game managerial strategy, gameplay skill, the game has Depth!
